    All parcels are shipped from England, United Kingdom.

    UK Orders

    • Processing Time: Your order will be sent out on average within 5 business days of ordering. 

    • UK Shipping: 2-4 business days. There maybe delays due to external factors that are out of our control (i.e. weather, courier delays etc.).

    • Free UK tracked shipping 

    Europe Orders

    • Processing Time: Your order will be sent out on average within 5 business days of ordering. 

    • EU Shipping: 2-11 business days. There maybe delays due to external factors that are out of our control (i.e. weather, courier delays etc.).

    • Free tracked shipping for orders over £120 GBP. Shipping calculated at checkout. 

    Countries we currently ship to: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain (mainland), Sweden.

    International customers are responsible for (if applicable) any customs duty fees, taxes, or tariffs on their orders. These are set by your country and collected at delivery. For specific amounts, please check with your local customs office. 

    North America Orders

    • Processing Time: Your order will be sent out on average within 5 business days of ordering. 

    • North America Shipping: 5-17 business days. There maybe delays due to external factors that are out of our control (i.e. weather, courier delays etc.).

    • Free tracked shipping for orders over £120 GBP. Shipping calculated at checkout. 

    Countries we currently ship to: Canada.

    International customers are responsible for (if applicable) any customs duty fees, taxes, or tariffs on their orders. These are set by your country and collected at delivery. For specific amounts, please check with your local customs office. 

    United States: Deliveries to the United States have been paused for the foreseeable future due to newly imposed U.S. tariffs, and the $80 flat-rate duty per parcel for American customers. We are so sorry for the inconvenience but have decided it is best to pause deliveries to the US for now.

    Refund Policy

    • Refunds & Exchanges

      All sales at Renci Vita are final as we unable to provide refunds or exchanges at this moment in time due to the exclusivity of the items. Please ensure that your chosen item sizing, shipping and billing addresses are all correct as these cannot be modified or changed after submission.
