    UK Orders

    • Processing Time: Your order will be sent out on average within 5 business days of ordering. 

    • UK Shipping: 2-4 business days. There may be delays due to external factors that are out of our control (i.e. weather, courier delays etc.).

    • Free UK tracked shipping

    Europe Orders

    • Processing Time: Your order will be sent out on average within 5 business days of ordering. 

    • EU Shipping: 5-11 business days. There may be delays due to external factors that are out of our control (i.e. weather, courier delays etc.).

    • Shipping calculated at checkout.

    Countries we currently ship to: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain (mainland), Sweden.

    To provide a smooth shopping experience for our customers, customs duty, taxes, and tariff fees set by your country on your order are included in the delivery/shipping charge at checkout and are helped paid for. Therefore, you will not need to pay anything else when the parcel arrives to your country. ❤
    Unfortunately, due to EU's recent changes in import duty fees, we are unable to provide a free shipping option.

    North America Orders

    • Processing Time: Your order will be sent out on average within 5 business days of ordering. 

    • North America Shipping: 5-17 business days. There may be delays due to external factors that are out of our control (i.e. weather, courier delays etc.).

    • Free tracked shipping for orders over £130 GBP. Shipping calculated at checkout. 

    Countries we currently ship to: Canada, USA (Mainland).

      All sales at Renci Vita are final as we unable to provide refunds or exchanges at this moment in time due to the exclusivity of the items. Our items are made to order. Please ensure that your chosen item sizing, shipping and billing addresses are all correct as these cannot be modified or changed after submission.
