Processing Time: We take within 5 business days to process your order. 

Shipping: Shipping times depend on your country and location. An estimation of delivery times will be calculated at checkout. There maybe delays due to external factors that are out of our control (i.e. weather, courier delays etc.)

Customs duty, Taxes & Tariffs fees: Currently, to provide a smooth shopping experience for our international customers, customs duty, taxes, and tariffs fees set by your country on your order are included in the shipping charge and are helped paid for. Therefore, you will not need to pay anything else when the parcel arrives to your country.

We are not responsible if you input incorrect delivery information.

We offer free shipping for orders over certain values depending on your location. 

All sales are final. Due to the exclusivity of the items, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you are happy with the sizing before purchasing (sizing charts are provided at the bottom of every product page). By proceeding with checkout, you are agreeing to our refunds policy.
