Refund policy

All sales at Renci Vita are final. No refunds, no exchanges. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges at this moment in time due to the exclusivity of the items. Our items are made to order. 

Please ensure that your chosen item sizing, shipping, and billing addresses are all correct as these cannot be modified or changed after submission.

We accept returns solely for items that are defective or faulty upon arrival.  Items must be unworn and unused to qualify. Please notify us immediately, but no later than 7 days after delivery, by emailing us through our contact us form.
